Booking Policy

Reservation Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once payment or a deposit is received. Guests will receive a confirmation email with their reservation details.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payments.
Check-in & Check-out:
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Minimum Stay Requirement: (If applicable, e.g., 2-night minimum on weekends or holidays)
Guest Identification: A valid ID or passport is required at check-in.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Flexible Rate:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the first night’s stay.
Non-Refundable Rate:
- No refunds for cancellations or modifications.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
No-Show Policy:
- Guests who do not check in on their arrival date without prior notice will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Early Departures:
- No refunds will be issued for early check-outs.

Changes to reservations are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Date modifications may be subject to rate adjustments.
